Hersha Hospitality has invested in hospitality sector owning and operating a total of 52 hotels located in Boston, New York, Washington DC, Philadelphia and Miami. Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Wyndham Hotel Group are some of the property brands where it has huge stakes.
Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE:BDN) came in the third position as the investment of Real Estate Management Services with total investment worth 20.8 million. The USA based real estate company provides asset management, development/construction, investment services, property management, marketing and leasing services to clients and other property owners. Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE:HT) owns Prentiss Properties Trust, Cira Centre and Bell Atlantic Tower which was acquired in 2010. It’s also the minority owner of Commerce Square located on Market Street.
