Apple Inc (AAPL) Eyes New iOS Update, Developers Expect Support For Apple Watch

It seems that the technology world revolves around Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) for one or other reason. In the latest turn of events, the iPhone maker is all set to launch iOS 8.2 in upcoming weeks. The company has released a beta-version of the iOS 8.2 with the feature to pair Apple watch with the device. Apple watch is the biggest product launch from the company after iPad and it has already created an app market growing with every passing day.

The latest iOS version 8.1.3 is likely to bring in a series of bug fixes along with a solution for the iOS 8 battery, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth issues. The company has not revealed much about its latest beta release and more details are likely to come after the official launch only. Earlier last week, Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) said that the adoption for iOS reached 68% on all the devices.

The iPhone maker has offered some sneak peeks into its latest gadget, which is likely to have features such as, operate the active modes of connected devices and all the features that one would find in an Apple smartphone. The watch activates itself as soon as the user moves his wrist upward showing the latest notifications.

However, the tech expert community is dividend over the success of Apple Watch where some are claiming it to be a industry transforming device whereas others consider it as a meager product from Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL). According to the expectations of Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS), the iPhone maker is likely to sell up to 30 million units of the gadget.

What interests experts more than the sale of Apple Watch is the supporting app industry around the product. The iPad maker released stats highlighting that the iOS developers made in excess of $10 billion from its App store in 2014 itself. A similar trend is likely to follow in case of Apple Watch and Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) already offered its development kits last November to allure more developers into the industry.
