According to the latest 13F SEC filing of Jat Capital Management, CBS Corporation (NYSE:CBS), Time Warner Cable Inc (NYSE:TWC) and Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) are the top three holdings of the company. CBS Corporation (NYSE:CBS) is the top holding of Jat Capital Management with 6, 040, 405 shares with a market value of $375 million. It forms 6.94% portfolio of the fund and the company reported dilute earnings per share of $0.76 and revenues of $3.19 billion. Other major fund investing in CBS Corporation (NYSE:CBS) include Pentwater Capital Management with investment worth $1 billion followed by Soroban Capital Partners ($518 million) and Point State Capital ($503 million).

Some other major investors in Time Warner Cable Inc (NYSE:TWC) include Childrens Investment Fund ($782 million), D E Shaw ($765 million), and Paulson & Co ($758 million).

Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) is the third largest stock of Jat Capital Management (5.75%) with shares worth $311 million including 8, 853, 369 shares. Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) reported GAAP revenue of $1, 084 million with adjusted EBITDA of $340 million for the second quarter 2014. Hedge funds including D E Shaw ($568 million), Jat Capital Management ($311 million), and Citadel Investment Group ($285 million) are the three major investors of Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO).
